How Your Purchase Helps
Madison Meadows PTM is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the educational experience and social environment for our students, faculty, staff, administration, parents, and guardians.
How the Ordering & Delivery Process Works
To keep things organized, PTM will place a group order directly with Swig Headquarters in Utah. Swig requires a minimum order of 10 cards per order, so your card will be ordered once the minimum is reached.
Once ordered:
Punch cards will be shipped via USPS to Madison Meadows
PTM will distribute cards to students at school
Important: To ensure your punch card is delivered correctly, please include:
Your student’s full name
Your student’s Guided Study teacher
We’ll notify you when your card has been ordered and when it arrives at the school.
