PTM General Meetings

PTM traditionally hosts two General Meetings throughout the school year - one at the beginning of the school year and one at the end. The Executive Board meets monthly to manage PTM business and will call additional General Meetings if needed. Community events such as Bingo Night, Fall Fest, Paint Along Night, and the Spring Social offer opportunities to connect with Board Members, who are also reachable by email. PTM Executive Board Meetings

The Meadows PTM Executive Board meets once per month during the school year. Meetings are a crucial time for board members to come together to make key decisions for the organization. The board focuses on planning fundraising events, reviewing grant opportunities, and setting priorities to best support the school community. These collaborative meetings help ensure that efforts are strategically organized for the success of future initiatives.
