Who To Contact at School
Your Student’s Teacher - When you have a question related to classwork, homework, academic support, grades, and content.
Log into PowerSchool to view your student’s teachers and to email them directly.
Attendance Clerk - When you need to report your student’s absence.

Front Office Secretaries - When you need assistance with PowerSchool, for general questions about Meadows, or for help in navigating the school or district website.

Social Worker/Counselor - When your student could use some support working through peer-to-peer conflict, a check-in when they need support outside of the classroom setting, or parents need to get connected with community resources.

Please keep in mind that teachers have limited time during the school day to check and respond to emails, as they are actively engaged in teaching and lesson preparation. Some teachers receive over 40 emails daily. As a result, immediate responses should not be expected.
If you choose to reach out via email, Meadows staff will do their best to respond within 24 hours (excluding messages sent after 4:00 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend). If you do not receive a response within that time frame, please contact the front office so they can ensure your message is received. Occasionally, emails may be filtered into spam, so don’t hesitate to follow up if you haven’t heard back.
